Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Transformation and Growth

As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on how much WideOrbit has evolved, not only in products and solutions but also in the culture that drives everything we do. This has been a year of transformation, marked by progress, collaboration, and a renewed sense of purpose.

In the CEO role, it’s important to me that WideOrbit’s internal culture reflects the values that create an exceptional client experience: listening, empathy, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Building a Culture of Listening and Collaboration

When listening is built into a company’s culture, its products achieve lasting impact. This philosophy has guided many of the initiatives we launched this year, helping us make deeper client connections. All these initiatives continue to inspire new ways of engaging with clients.

More TV and network client advisory meetings allowed for the alignment of timing and key nuances in our roadmap with the realities of the industry. In advisory formats redesigned for deeper collaboration, clients shared their strategic priorities for the year ahead. These conversations continue to be invaluable to the WideOrbit roadmap for clients.

For our radio clients, we launched Radio Office Hours, providing actionable tips, live Q&A, and opportunities for radio users to connect directly with our experts and industry peers. The enthusiastic participation we’ve seen is the core reason we’re continuing the program in 2026.

Across the industry, technology changes demand transformation while testing current business operations. To meet that need, we’ve expanded both our Services and teams, bringing in new talent to strengthen our ability to help transform stations and networks when their needs go beyond an out-of-the-box solution or when internal resources are stretched. This investment has not only deepened our bench but has also reinforced our promise to be a true collaborator, ready to step in and work with clients wherever and whenever we’re needed.

Empowering Clients Through Data, Integration, and Innovation

We made remarkable strides in empowering clients to unlock the full potential of their data, streamline operations, and drive cross-platform revenue growth.

Our data-driven initiatives are helping clients leverage integrations, AI, and analytics in more powerful ways. The WideOrbit.io developer portal now offers dozens of APIs to support interoperability and automation. We also built a Salesforce integration for WO Fusion, to synchronize data and streamline workflows between Salesforce and WideOrbit, and we added Comcast to our growing portfolio of material instructions providers.

We also launched our Connectors program, which certifies and optimizes integrations with trusted technology providers. These Connectors are committed to reliable, high-quality integrations that expand productivity, revenue opportunities, and actionable insights. At the same time, we’ve continued to focus on helping media companies maximize revenue across every screen. The prevailing theme this year was a unified platform that brings together digital ad sales, operations, execution, and finance across multiple properties and ad servers. And I was thrilled to see WO Fusion recognized with Best in Show honors at RedTech’s IBC 2025 Awards. WO Fusion’s end-to-end support for linear, digital, and cross-platform sales, campaign management, and billing exemplifies what we mean when we talk about simplifying complexity.

Looking Forward

The progress we’ve made this year, both as a company and as a team, fills me with immense pride. We’ve grown stronger and more focused on what truly matters: creating value for our clients while building a workplace where people thrive.

As we head into 2026, WideOrbit’s momentum will continue. Listening deeply, innovating boldly, and ensuring WideOrbit remains a trusted leader in the ever-evolving media ecosystem will pave the way for a dynamic future, full of possibility.
