GSN Selects WideOrbit to be Foundation for Sales, Traffic Operations and Business Intelligence

Leader in competitive entertainment standardizes on WO Network, WO Analytics and WO Cloud for efficiency and innovation

SAN FRANCISCO, September 1, 2015  WideOrbit Inc., the leading provider of advertising management software for media companies, said today that GSN, the leader in game shows and competitive entertainment across multimedia, has consolidated its operations on WideOrbit solutions. GSN has implemented several WideOrbit products across its business operations, including WO Network for sales and traffic workflows and WO Analytics for business intelligence. The home of original hit shows like “Skin Wars” and “Idiotest” will also use WideOrbit’s WO Cloud service to host and back up its sales and traffic system.

GSN selected WideOrbit after a review process centered on finding a comprehensive platform to improve operational efficiency and enable business intelligence-driven innovation. It opted for WideOrbit’s WO Network and WO Analytics because of their scalability and deep integration, allowing the network to manage mission-critical sales processes and derive actionable data from a single database.

“WideOrbit’s integrated solution for business intelligence and sales and traffic management will help us achieve our mission of building our business on efficient processes and cutting edge, data-driven innovation,” said Cynthia Ponce Abrams, GSN’s Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy and Operations. “We are enormously impressed by the quality of WideOrbit’s software and its ability to smoothly install and integrate a complex set of solutions.”

“GSN will have improved workflows and decision-making capabilities as a result of standardizing sales and traffic operations on WideOrbit,” said Eric R. Mathewson, Founder and CEO, WideOrbit. “We are pleased that networks like GSN that value efficiency turn to WideOrbit to drive business processes, innovation and informed decision-making.”
