WideOrbit CCPA Notice of Right to Opt-Out

As described in our California Resident Privacy Notice [link], California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Note that the CCPA defines “sale” very broadly to cover common industry practices, including providing you with a customized experience on our websites and apps. In some circumstances, you may opt out of the sharing activities that meet the CCPA’s definition of “sale.”

For WideOrbit, we may “sell” your personal information when we share identifiers and other categories of Personal Information identified in our California Resident Privacy Notice with our partners to provide personalized advertising content when you use our player. If you are a California resident, you can opt out of this sale by clicking on the “Do not sell my personal information” link within the player or by clicking on the link below. If you have opted out and want to opt back in to receiving personalized advertising content when you use our player, you can also do so via the “Do not sell my personal information” link within the player.

Please note that your opt-out preference is stored as a cookie in your web browser. Thus, if you delete our opt-out cookie or use a different browser, you will need to opt out again. If you wish to check your current opt-out status, you can do so via the “Do not sell my personal information” link within the player.
