WideOrbit Support Specialists are media professionals with experience working in TV and radio stations, cable networks, MSOs, ratings-research companies and digital-media companies.
Can I call Support Specialists directly?
We can provide you the best service and quickest response at our main support line at 415-675-6775. If you wish to speak a Support Specialist who was previously working on your case, please ask for them by name when we answer.
Can WideOrbit reset my password or change my security settings?
To protect your company’s data, WideOrbit cannot reset passwords or change security for users. Please contact your corporate gatekeeper or IT department to reset passwords or change security settings. The exception to this rule: we may change the password to your RDP if you are hosted in the WideOrbit cloud. If you are uncertain, please contact WO Media Sales Product Support.
How can I get more training?
Many common questions can be answered by reviewing the documents on our WO Media Sales Quick Tips page. In addition, your Account Manager can discuss your business's needs and schedule a Professional Services engagement to help your station accomplish its training goals.
How can new employees join WO Media Sales Training classes?
Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name, job title, phone number and email address of your new employee. We will email them instructions on how to attend our online training classes.
How do I contact my Account Manager?
Call the support line at 415-675-6775 and give the Support Specialist your name and the name of your company. She or he will give you the name, phone number and email address of your account manager.
What do I do if I have a problem with the support I receive?
