Windows ACP 3.3.5 server, running on Windows 2003. First Saturday of the month the time would jump ahead one hour. This happened at 10 p.m. at an EST site and 7 p.m. on a PST site (so, the same time). Both sites had Windows Time Service enabled on the server. Disabled it and that seems to have corrected the issue.
