WideOrbit will provide a WO Traffic expert to fill in for a client due to a temporary gap in staffing.

Overview:

  • Onsite model:
    • An experienced WideOrbit Specialist will travel to the client site and manage or assist with traffic operations
    • Provide a WideOrbit specialist that can work with Sales staff and other departments to ensure no interruption in workflow
    • Operations continue without jeopardizing revenue
  • Online model:
    • Same benefit as onsite model but the WideOrbit Specialist will work remotely. No travel costs involved.

Client benefit:

  • Continue traffic operations without jeopardizing revenue



Onsite System Set-up and Training

Testing of WideOrbit applications and training of IT staff for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Overview:

  • One to four days depending on system complexity
  • Performed at client site
  • Systems properly set-up and tested
  • Topology and configuration documented
  • IT staff training on proper system maintenance

Client benefit:

  • WideOrbit applications are properly set-up and IT staff is properly trained to minimize any down time
