WideOrbit Welcomes Margaret McCarthy as Chief Financial Officer


WideOrbit Adds Former Red Condor and Atom Entertainment Financial Executive to Leadership Team

San Francisco, October 1, 2009 -
WideOrbit Inc., the leading provider of business management software for Media companies, is pleased to announce that Margaret McCarthy has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. As part of the WideOrbit executive leadership team, Margaret will be responsible for driving all financial and administrative functions.

Margaret brings to WideOrbit over twenty years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions with high tech companies. Most recently, Margaret was CFO at Red Condor, Inc., a technology leader in anti-spam and anti-virus products and services. Prior to Red Condor, she served as COO/CFO at Atom Entertainment, Inc., which was acquired by Viacom, Inc. in 2006. In addition, Margaret has held financial leadership positions at Macromedia, Cadence Design Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Deloitte & Touche.
