This most likely being caused by a file upload that was interrupted, and every time that VTX reconnects with the FTP server it is trying to resume the interrupted upload. Go to C:\VT32\VTVI\[Station Name]\Tokens\, and remove the top-most token. This is most likely the one that is causing the problem. Do not delete the token--just remove it. Have VTX process it. It should successfully upload files. Next, replace the token, and that file should be properly uploaded at that time.
