My station uses RRR and VTVI for remote voice tracking. We are changing our FTP server to a new one. What do we need to do?
Make the appropriate changes in the RRR Send and Receive tasks. You must then contact Google Broadcast Automation support, and notify one of the support personnel. You will need to provide them with the new FTP server information. It is then necessary to delete the vtx.config file, so that VTX will repopulate with the new information. This file is located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Scott Studios\VTX\.
