I am using VTVI and sometimes I do not download schedules and audio. If I have the station resend everything then usually I can download them

This probably happening because at one time someone logged onto another computer with the very same VTVI account. By logging in with that account, the VTX will always attempt to download files for that account. So it is possible that those files are being downloaded from two different computers. You must locate the other computer that has been logged in with the same VTVI account. Next, you then need to delete the VTX.config file. This can be located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Scott Studios\VTX\.
