VT32>Options>Devices> is where the assigning of the audio channels is done. Generally this is setup as follows:

Stream 1 output 1 Pre-cut
Stream 2 output 2 VT
Stream 3 output 3 Post-cut
Stream 4 output 4 Hotbuttons
However, this is subject to change depending on the wiring.
