If voice tracks are playing back without the modifications made by the air talent, check to see what time the voice track was recorded, and what time the log is modified, per the Date DMP. For example: Although the person voice tracking had made a modification while in their voice tracking session, they didn't save the log until after the 09:00 hour had been loaded into queue. Here is a brief version of what happened: 08:36:18 Cart Y394 was created, then modified a few times. The last modification was at 08:37:52. At 08:44:41 Cart V394 was loaded into queue. At 08:54:40 Cart V394 was manually removed from queue, and then the mode changed to Satellite at 08:54:43. The 09:00 directive was manually set as the next in the queue. At 08:57:36, the 09:00 break is manually loaded, and voice tracks are locked at that time. Next, the 09:10:30 Voice Track session is finished, and the log is saved. Since the 09:00 break is already loaded, and locked none of the modifications will take place until the next break is reached (10:00 break), the people doing the voice tracking need to be aware that if they are tracking that close to the time the carts are going to play back, they need to save the log a little more frequently.
