Getting error when accessing category

When in TLC, and you click a category, an error appears. Exit the TLC program, and open My Computer>C:\>documents and settings>"user name">local settings>Application Data>Scott>TLC.

In this folder you should see a config.ini file, a cache folder and several other files. **Note** Should the cache folder not be visible in the TLC folder, Click the Tools>folder options>View tab> and select "show hidden files and folders" as well as uncheck "Hide protected operating system files", a warning will pop up - click ok on that, and then click apply, and OK.
Delete all files except the cache folder and the config.ini. Then open the cache folder and delete the entire contents of the folder.

Restart TLC, and access the category.
