Without the word REMOTE the RRR does not think there are any remote voice tracks in the schedule and so will not process any audio for upload. Only the schedule will be sent.
If you encounter this problem and this has been running successfully for many months then what has happened is that RRR is using the remote track cache. What this does is that every time a file is sent, that file is recorded into the cache. From that moment on that file will not be uploaded, because RRR remembers that it has been uploaded before. If you are dealing with a pretty small music library, or that voice tracks are always scheduled around the same events, then it is possible that over several months of time RRR has already sent every file that is currently before or after a voice track. The result will be that when it processes a new schedule it recognizes that it has already sent all audio files before and after voice tracks, so then no new audio is uploaded. The only thing sent is the schedule.
