All voice tracks in the schedule must have the word REMOTE in the outcue field. Break note for voice track should look as follows:

It is possible to have the word remote placed in your template so that it is applied to all voice tracks in the schedule, but be aware that when this is done RRR will be sending audio snippets for all voice tracks even those being recorded locally. This can cause a lot of unnecessary network and internet traffic. Ideally only those voice tracks that are actually recorded remotely will be marked with the REMOTE tag.
