This could be a problem with the FTP site. The first thing to verify is that from the computer that is running RRR,you can connect to the FTP server using Internet Explorer's FTP client. RRR uses the FTP client built into IE, so if IE can not connect then RRR can not connect. Using third-party FTP client software is not an effective test.

Another thing to check is the FTP root path. Verify that what is specified in RRR does exist on the FTP server. Also verify that when logging into the FTP server from a DOS prompt, using the PWD command, it reports the same root path as specified in the RRR configuration. If the FTP server is being hosted by a local computer on your LAN, verify that port forwarding is still active and current.
