I use RRR for remote voice tracking and when I execute a send task to process a schedule the RRR locks up

When RRR processes a schedule for remote voice tracks, there are several things that can cause RRR to have problems with the schedule. It is necessary to identify which schedule is causing the problem. Eliminate all schedules but one in the schedule monitor path; continue to load schedules one at a time until the problem schedule is identified. Next, you must identify what elements in the schedule are causing the problem. The most common causes of this problem are scheduled start times that exceed 60 minute hours; such as 61:25, 68:35. Another cause of this would be to have non-audio elements either just before or just after voice tracks. These non-audio elements are commonly net capture events or LIVE events. Also, any element that does not follow the normal break note structure can cause RRR to lock up when processing a schedule. This could be a comma or quotation note that is out of place or missing.
