WideOrbit Automation for Radio FAQs

How can I have my voice tracks recorded remotely?

There are two methods to accomplish this:

RRR to RRR: This method is most commonly used when recording remote voice tracks from one radio station to another. RRR is used on both ends and voice tracks are recorded using a full version of VT32. An audio science audio card is required. It is not necessary to have a Dispatch on both ends.
RRR to VTVI: This method uses the VTVI software and is most commonly used when the remote voice talent is recording from his home computer. The VTVI software can be installed on most standard personal computers and may be used with a generic sound card. VTVI has limited functionality and will basically only allow the recording of voice tracks.
