1 Verify the path to that station's TOC is correct in Merge and Dispatch configuration.

2 Verify that Dispatch has this category included in the TOC for that station.
3 Verify that the TOC has content, if not run an SS Dump form Dispatch.
4. Re-import the TOC when the SS Dump is complete.
