How do I assign alias categories from a particular traffic program to a set category for both the SS32 and Merge applications to recognize?
Under Merge32, click on System/Category Translate Table. A Category Translate Table menu will appear. Click on the + (plus) button and fill in the 3 character category alias name in the From Field and the 3 character category name that the alias would be associated with.
Note - You will also need to distinguish the alias category names in the SS32. You can do this by going to the SS32's Cart Recorder. In the Cart Recorder, click on the Alias List button at the button, and then click on the Add Button. Fill in the category name in the Category Name Field, and click on the drop down box on the Real Cat field, then click on the category associated with the alias.
