Event Manager triggers off by one hour
If Event Manager is supposed to trigger an event at 10:30:00 but the event is actually being called at 11:30:00 -- the Windows Time Zone tab has been changed to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" without restarting Event Manager. You can reproduce this by adding a check mark for that option in the Windows Date and Time Properties - Time Zone window, and waiting for the next event trigger. For example, this station is changed to observe daylight saving sometime between 10:30 and 11:30 on 10/3/2006, and you can see the discrepancy between the scheduled time in Event Manager and the Windows time: 10/03/06 10:30:25.06 Scheduled to signal event ABC Rec Bottom (10:30:25). 10/03/06 12:30:25.01 Scheduled to signal event ABC Rec Bottom (11:30:25). After exiting and re-launching Event Manager, the time problems are corrected.
