Audio clipping after Software Upgrade of Maestro
If you're using Digigram, the DASRV.INI file setting may not have been retained in the upgrade. Make sure EnableWatchDog is set to 1 (for on), and that the watch dog timeout is at least 1000 (I suggest maybe 2000). Digigram only reports stream status to Maestro once a second, and if Maestro is polling the data too often, it may think the stream is hung. By design, when Maestro believes a stream is hung it will halt the stream and start the next element. Also insure that the rest of the ini is proper for Digigram. Stream Count should be 3 and pipe count 4. Pipeclock should match the audio in your enterprise (for Digigram and other single sample rate audio cards). Note: Before upgrading Maestro, you can avoid this by making sure the DASRV.INI file is saved to a safe location and original marked read only. After upgrading, change file attributes to allow write, start DASrv and Maestro once, close all and then check the values of the DASRV.INI. If all is correct, reset the file to read only.
