1. Create a Function in config (make sure all criteria is wide open).

2. Set one action of "Set AutoSegue Channel, modify action to set to Current channel, and queue action of deactivate

3. Create Cart Express button for the function you just created. Now the user can drag that cart express function to any desired location in the queue window, and it will act the same as an End of Cluster.

Note, attempting to use action of Set Queue State will fail. Timing is such that the next element after the function will go ahead and move to the play channel before queue is deactivated.
