If LogServer has two or more stations configured where one or more aren't ready to merge yet and the user set one of the stations up with "Automatic Log Export" set to "None," that prevents LogServer from moving to the next station's merge.

Example: Station

1 - Automatic Log Export = When Any Logs Exists Station
2 - Automatic Log Export = None Station
3 - Automatic Log Export = When Any Logs Exists Send pre-merged files for all three stations (or just 1 & 3 if you prefer) and bring LogServer up -- Station 1 will merge but station 3 will not. If you delete Station 2 from the configuration or set it to another option for Automatic Log Export, all stations will merge.
