Invalid Carts-Minv.exe CPU run up

Some additional steps should be taken before installing a 3.3.x upgrade, particularly if the prior version is 3.1.x, or earlier.
1: Check the audio inventory for carts that contain invalid characters in the file names. a. Before bringing down the inventory servers, generate an inventory list dump for each workstation, to use as reference if necessary. b. For ACP systems, open the cartmask.lst file in each ACP audio directory, and check that the masks to not include invalid characters. The invalid characters include the following: , . / [ ] " : ; | + = \ # @ % ^ ? $ If such masks are found, they should be deleted, and then the file should be saved. The directory should then be searched for files matching the invalid masks. Any files discovered should be deleted or renamed. (The inventory list dumps can be used to determine the contents of these files.) c. For all directories, search for invalid characters in the cart names. Any files discovered should be deleted or renamed.
2: Check for invalid cut names. a. For all directories, search for invalid cut names, using the mask *-?.DAF. Any cut files names discovered that have only one digit after the dash should be renamed to use two digits ( i.e. S075-1.DAF should be renamed to S075-01.DAF). NOTE: Because of the way Microsoft implements the '?' wild card search, the *-?.DAF will also show any singleton audio files that have the '-' character in the 4th position. This is a valid cart name (though the use of dashes should be discouraged.)
