There is more than one option to delete a cart in Maestro.
A. If the Cart is "out of date" and beyond the specified Expired range as defined in the Configuration file (Workstations/General-Carts Deletable after ? Days), then the user may delete the cart from the Cart Library window by simply highlighting the cart and touching the Delete Key on thier keyboard. These carts have "D" for deletable under the status column of Cart Library.
B. If a user wants to delete multiple carts at the same time, they can open the Minv Server Monitor window (bottom right tray, blue icon, right click and Show Monitor). The Cart Library is accessible through this window and allows the user to select multiple "deletable carts" and then delete with one touch of the Delete Key (or option to "Delete all Marked Elements).
C. If a cart is not deletable (not out of date), the user must enter the RCW (Record Control Window), press "Erase Create New", then with no audio input active, press record, then stop, then commit. Committing a zero length cart in Maestro performs a delete on that cart. *Note, that these actions will erase "all" multicuts within that cart number.
D. If a user wants to delete only one cut of a Multicut cart, they should open the cart in RCW, go to Multicuts, then in the top Window of Multicuts, highlight specific cut and choose the delete option. **Note, if a user is in a 'distributed-non acp' environment, deletions of carts and cuts will only be allowed at the 'owner' node (unit that created the cart).
