If nothing happens after clicking Dump and Resort, verify the Dispatch configuration. Click configuration>Sorts>, select the station, then (i) ensure that a check mark is placed on Generate Sorts,
(ii)confirm that you have a sort store path and a sort download path (UNC format i.e. \\dispatch\d\.....).
(iii) Also, make sure you can get to the location of the paths and that the folders do exist.
(iv) Next, verify that you have added the categories to the sorts below by highlighting one of the sort names. Also, verify that the desired categories on the right are selected.
