Windows ACP 3.3 shuts down ACP when trying to set DAFIE
The user tries to set DAFIE preference on new ACP 3.3 server. When DAFIE preferences are selected the module shuts down as if you chose to exit. We check the ACP dump and it shows an error, no DAFIE.INI. In fact, ACP 3.3 does not create a DAFIE.INI, it writes these values to a registry key called Dafie-ACP. We checked the registry and found the key did exist, HKeymachine/software/ccc/Dafie-ACP. We decided this Key must have corrupted or incorrect values in it. We deleted the Dafie-ACP key by highlighting and hitting delete while the ACP was shut down. We then re-started ACP and went to set Dafie preferences. Now, we get the normal window and we are able to define the import directory and default mask. We can open and close the Dafie preferences without causing ACP to exit or error.
