New Employee Training
Enables new employees to efficiently use WO Traffic and provides the opportunity to review overall workflow in various departments.

- Onsite model: A mix of both online and onsite training.
- Online meeting to assess proficiency levels of staff.
- Three days onsite client training.
- Two one-hour online follow-up sessions.
- Online model: Customized training designed specifically to meet your needs, whether promoting an employee to a new position, improved skills, or building critical skills for a new employee. Knowledge is power!

Traffic Staffing
WideOrbit will provide a WO Traffic expert to fill in for a client due to a temporary gap in staffing.
Overview:
- Onsite model:
- An experienced WideOrbit Specialist will travel to the client site and manage traffic operations.
- Provide a WideOrbit specialist that can work with Sales staff and other departments to ensure no interruption in workflow.
- Operations continue without jeopardizing revenue.
- Online model:
- Same benefit as onsite model but the WideOrbit Specialist will work remotely. No travel costs involved.
Client benefit: Continue traffic operations without jeopardizing revenue.
Onsite System Set-Up and Training
Testing of WideOrbit applications and training of IT staff for maintenance and troubleshooting.
Overview:
- One to four days depending on system complexity.
- Performed at client site.
- Systems properly set-up and tested.
- Topology and configuration documented.
- IT staff training on proper system maintenance.
Client benefit: WideOrbit applications are properly set-up and IT staff is properly trained to minimize any down time.
Change Automation Scripts to Implement Tied Events
WideOrbit rewrites and tests automation script(s) to support tied events.

- Tied events can be used for:

- Bugs
- A client coffee mug sitting on the news desk during the morning newscast!

Implement New Automation Interfaces
WideOrbit will create, modify and test automation script(s).

Client benefit: Change automation scripts to support new automation systems or any other automation revisions necessary.
Adding a New Station or Channel
WideOrbit will assist in adding a station to client database. This process requires both WideOrbit application and server work. This will also require all users to be offline as server restarts are necessary.
Client benefit: Enables addition of new stations or channels to database.
Changing Station Call letters
WideOrbit will assist in changing station call letters in the WO Traffic application. This process requires a server restart after server properties have been changed.
Overview:
- Development scripts are necessary for the following and will affect the cost of this project:
- Moving a station on the Inventory Tree.
- Moving Material Locations
Client benefit: Enables the change of call letters of an existing station on database.
SAS70 Audit Assistance
WideOrbit staff will research questions for auditors.
Overview:
- WideOrbit will help prepare clients for SAS 70 Audits (Statement on Auditing Standard No. 70) which was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to define the professional standards used by service auditors to assess the internal controls of a service organization and issue a service auditor’s report.
Client benefit: WideOrbit provides assistance for preparation of SAS 70 Audits.
Client Driven Custom Development
WideOrbit will develop custom enhancements for WO Traffic.
Overview:
- WideOrbit Business Analysts create a detailed report of client requirements
- Upon client approval, WideOrbit’s Development Team integrates enhancements
- Clients then test and approve new features
- WideOrbit’s QA team performs a complete regression test, double checking new features are in proper working order
