WO Traffic for Radio To Be Shown at NAB Radio Show – First New Major Radio Industry Traffic System in Five Years

(San Francisco, CA) August 23, 2005 – WideOrbit Inc. a media software company focused on Traffic, Sales and Billing solutions for the Broadcast industry, will unveil its new Radio Traffic and Sales System at the NAB Radio Show in Philadelphia, September 21st through the 23rd.

WideOrbit currently has more than 300 installations of its core WO Traffic software installed at Radio, Television and Cable operations throughout North America. Philadelphia marks the inaugural presentation of their new WO Traffic for Radio marketing effort.

WideOrbit will be presenting three of the key components, which include WO Traffic, Traffic, Sales and Billing software; WO Sales+, Research, Sales and Proposal software; and WO Promo, Promotional spot optimization software

WideOrbit is scheduled to be the only radio traffic software provider in the NAB exhibition hall (Booth 801), and will also be providing scheduled and private demonstrations in the Presidential Suite at the nearby Ritz Carlton Hotel.

“WideOrbit has become the largest installed television traffic system in North America,” said Eric Mathewson, Founder and CEO of WideOrbit. “Three years ago, WideOrbit was installed in six television stations. Today we are installed in more than 300 TV Stations and Cable Networks.”

“More than 1000 senior managers from radio broadcasters will be attending NAB Radio. We encourage them to drop by for a quick demonstration. After seeing our software on a live database, we are comfortable that most radio broadcasters will find the WO Traffic for Radio solution very compelling. We are very much looking forward to meeting with Radio broadcasters to listen and discuss how to utilize the new technologies and new revenue opportunities to benefit the rapidly changing radio broadcast industry. We are very excited to now be offering our solutions to Radio broadcasters here in the United States and throughout the world”, said Mathewson.

WideOrbit’s radio traffic, sales and promo optimization software was authored by a team of broadcast industry experts who recognized the shortcomings in legacy software system solutions still used, but limited in needed enhancement potential. WideOrbit has more than 700 years of experience working directly for broadcast stations and cable networks within the WideOrbit employee team.

WideOrbit will have several key personnel at the NAB Radio Show to outline the new solutions offered for all size operations from standalones to multi-level, multi-channel stations, clusters and groups. Scheduled to attend are Michael Ambrose, Product Manager of WO Traffic for Radio, Matt Fleck, Director of Product Management, Mark Fine, Director of Sales for WO Traffic for Radio, Bruce Roberts, President, and Eric Mathewson, Founder and CEO.
