WideOrbit Appoints Nick Trigony to Board of Directors

April 4, 2001 WideOrbit, Inc. today announced the appointment of
Nick Trigony to the company's Board
of Directors. Nick, the former President
of Cox Broadcasting, joins the Board
as it prepares for the wide release
of its 'WideOrbit Station' software
which offers television stations revolutionary
solutions for traffic and sales management,
inventory and yield management tools,
client contact database information,
billing and accounts receivable, all
from one easy-to-use interface.

Nick served for 15 years at Cox Broadcasting, most recently as President of Cox Broadcasting and Chairman of Cox Radio Inc. Before that he worked at both Viacom and ABC. He is currently retired and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Maximum Service Television (MSTV) and is Chairman of the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE).
