CRM Project Manager

Job Description:
The primary focus of the CRM Project Manager is to implement and execute the CRM platform, which includes a marketing CRM (a customized sales solution based on SugarCRM, a custom LMS, a data scrubbing and import system, and a custom reporting platform). The responsibilities include the ability to configure and customize SugarCRM, run reports in Sugar, Crystal, and/ or Microsoft Access to deliver outstanding client service, and to drive additional sales. Must have high regard for quality and innovation and an ability to work together with internal and external teams when necessary. Must have the judgement and experience to properly weigh the benefits of build versus buy, and have the vision to execute in a timely manner.
Primary Reponsibilities:
- Install, implement, and manage the CRM solution. Configure resources to ensure the system will accommodate the requirements and present data securely to users. Migrate existing SQL Server CRM data into the next generation platform. Add new functions, data types, integrations, and reports as needed.
- Design training guides, materials and updates regularly. Develop training plan for WideOrbit staff and customers and provide on-going training. Manage communication (both verbally and in writing) for new or needed procedures to staff timely.
- Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule. Provide consistent flawless upgrades. Contribute to improving workflow and implements new technology and methods. Continuously reassess current tools, workflow and reports; recommend areas of opportunities for improvement and implement agreed upon processes.
- Respond to emails and voice mail messages in timely manner. Adjust work schedule to meet the demands of critical department needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of SugarCRM application.
- Project Management experience.
- Candidate should ideally have a well-rounded IT background, with at least working knowledge of the following:
- Windows Server environments
- Networking, IP addressing and subnets
- VPN and other remote access tools
- Microsoft SQL and MySQL database management and scripting
- Excellent hands-on reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and react quickly in order to respond to critical issue resolution.
- Ability to handle multiple evolving situations at the same time is essential.
- Must be detailed oriented, have good organizational skills and personally accountable.
- Ability to identify and solve problems with sound judgment.
- Ability to communicate well with co-workers including cross-functional communications.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Experience in TV/Radio broadcast industry a plus.
